  I bought it not pre-order it

  
  It doesn't quite matter. They wouldn't let you play it even earlier than people who pre-ordered it, would they?
  It's going to be available to play in the US at 12 am EST, so not much longer.

  actually when i looked first time it said pre-order when i went back to look later it said buy!!!

  That depends. It will only be midnight for the east coast when the pack is released. It will be earlier than that for the rest of the country. If you happen to be an east-coaster then I guess they did lie to you

• You can't download it until it releases which is at midnight for EST. You've got ten or so minutes I think and it should be available for download at that time.

I haven't bought Seasons yet because I wanted to bundle it with Jungle Adventures and a stuff pack (I'm missing 5 of them) but I keep getting the message that I have too much content. Is anyone else having this issue?

• I'm really upset because I pre-ordered and according to all the countdowns I should be able to bloody play this game RN. EXCEPT when I click download Origin keeps failing to download it. :?

  Hello
  Try logging out of origin,, thrn shutting down your computer completely. Start the computer again, then log into Origin, and try to download the ep. then and see if that helps.

• I had that problem too. Almost drove me crazy! :tired_face: Tried everything, nothing helped.. So I cancelled the pre-order and bought it again. Downloaded immediately. :smiley:

  How did you cancel the pre-order? Seasons won't download for me and I would love to try this to see if it fixes it.
• I am having problems with my seasons download..today is the 22nd..I get the box saying it is downloading at the beginning of the game but I when hit Shift + f1 it is blank (no task activity).help me or please refund my money
